The sky, navy,
The rain, pouring.
Each rain drop feels like pin needles breaking the surface of my skin.
My skin starts to steam up from the cold water hitting my body of fire.
You were there with me just a moment ago.
Defending me.
Sticking up for me.
Being there for me.
And now your soul has drifted off in the wind.
I see you there on the ground.
Lifeless.
The rain now feels like it is absorbing inside of me,
Through my skin.
The water is drowning me inside.
The overflow flowing from my eyes.
In an instant I feel numb.
I reach my hand out to you,
My fingers shaking and dangeling

The People are stunned
The Demons time
Has just Begun
Angels fall
The People gasp
The Demon enters
And shows his Wrath
Angels die
The People cower
The Demon triumphs
They fear his Power
Angels defiled
The People flee
The Demon grinning

Locusts making sound.
Is a sure sign, fall's on it's way.
I love Summer, let me just say.
But boredem is no fun.
I will miss the warm, glowing Sun.
Yet, this flood pushed back what I was ready for.
I can't wait to pull back that door.
Leading into what will be a new chapter.
In my life, full of love and laughter.

Deasprate and yearning,
But, Sleep won't come.
Yet, I need some.
Dark bags underneath what I see from.
My head pounding like a drum.
Worries and what if's,
Won't let me drift.
My eyes start to close,
Finally, my body chose,
To get some rest.
Ya right, a little, at best.
I turn to see the time,
3:26 the clock reads, and my face puckers like I ate a lime.
"No!", I screech.
Soon, Sleep will be out of reach.
I have to be out of bed by 6:15.
"Hey," I think, maybe I'm not as tired as I seem.
I glance to my mirror, and to my demise,
I'll need a brown bag to cover these bloodshot eyes.
